How Do I Return My Artwork?

WYDR wants to guarantee that our art collectors get 100% satisfaction with their purchase but if you are not,  you will given seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. 

 

WYDR's 7-Day Return Policy

If you receive the artwork you’ve purchased from WYDR and are not fully satisfied, you have to: 

  1.  Inform us about your intent to return the artwork by sending us an email to hello@wydr.co within Seven (7) days of receipt.
  2.  Ship out the artwork not later than Three (3) days from the day you contacted us .    *Please note that you must first contact us before shipping back the artwork.*

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. 

When shipping out the artwork back to us, repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist or if in case you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, please be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.

 

What if the artwork is damaged?

In case of damaged artwork, please get in contact with us as soon as possible but no later than Seven (7) days and follow these steps: 

Step 1 – Email hello@wydr.co to give us your order information and attached photos of damaged artwork and packaging. 

Step 2 - WYDR support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

 

Who Pays for Return Shipping Cost?

WYDR examines all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs for delivering the artwork back to the artist.

  1. For damaged artwork, the collector will NOT be responsible for shipping costs .
  2. For undamaged artwork, the collector is held responsible for return costs.
